The Service

HAWALLY provides a website and software tools, including Splitbal, an app for splitting and tracking shared expenses. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

Your Account

• You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your password secure.
• You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.
• Notify us promptly at hawally@qq.com if you suspect unauthorized use.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Break the law or infringe others' rights while using our services.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to our systems.
• Upload malicious code or misuse the service to harm others.

Intellectual Property

The HAWALLY name, website, design, and software are owned by us and protected by law. The content you create, such as your expense records, remains yours; you grant us only the permissions needed to operate the service for you.

Splitbal and Products

Some products, including Splitbal, may be in development or offered "as is" and "as available". Calculations and records are provided to help you, but you are responsible for verifying amounts before settling payments with others. We are not a payment processor and do not move money.
